Culture On Camera was born from a challenge. In 2019, founder Jenn Beattie was leading HR for a fast-growing tech startup when the world suddenly went remote. Many companies struggled to keep their teams engaged and productive. Jenn saw an opportunity.

She began experimenting with ways to make virtual work feel less… virtual. Surprise doorstep deliveries. Creative team challenges. Interactive trainings that made people want to show up at their best, even from their kitchen tables. The results spoke for themselves. The company not only held its spot on the Top 100 Cool Places to Work, it leapt 39 spots higher.

Jenn was hooked. She went on to design remote talent programs across 36 states and 4 countries, proving that teams could be just as connected, productive, and successful, no matter where they were.

After a successful sale of the company she served as the Head of HR, she launched Culture On Camera to bring that same energy and expertise to small businesses and startups.

Today, Culture On Camera acts as the HR department for small businesses and startups, handling every people-related need without the cost or overhead of a full-time team. Our team does it all remotely, building strategies that operate efficiently from anywhere. We run the entire program, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, people operations, and more, so owners can focus on growing their business while we take care of their people.
